1. Corporate Responsibility Manager
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Lead and manage Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Standard of Manufacturing Practices (SMP) operations for vendors and suppliers under regional footwear, apparel and retail office. Manage CR team operations to liaise with respective footwear, apparel and retail business units. Develop supplier compliance ownership through training, monitoring, remediation, capacity building and self-monitoring. Build and manage external industry and stakeholder partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Standard of Manufacturing Practices (SMP) strategy for vendors and suppliers in the region
- Manage CR team members in Vietnam who liaises with regional office management.
- Develop specific SMP strategy, objectives and performance measurements for the respective footwear, apparel and retail business units.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social sciences, economics, business management, manufacturing or industrial engineering. Post graduate qualification in Corporate Responsibility, business administration or supply chain management preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in social or environmental responsibility required. Social compliance monitoring, corporate responsibility, project management, or experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred.
- Proven track record of leading projects and people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Vietnamese. Other Asian Language proficiency is an advantage
- Able to travel and work independently in Asia.

2. Regional IT Support Lead
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Primarily responsible for performing advanced technical support on complex issues or as an aid to other team members. Maintains a healthy partnership with the HQ GIS teams to facilitate communication and collaboration with the Asia GIS teams. The point of contact for technical issue escalation from team members. Consults with vendors, technical support representatives, management, and Global Information Services personnel involved in the research and configuration of supported technology in the Columbia Sportswear environment.
- Aids in, or directly supervises team members in Asia, assigning work and ensuring accountability
- Acts as a backup to the Asia Regional IS Manager as needed.
- Creates, maintains, and publishes metrics and statistics on a regular basis related to team performance, financial information, etc.

3. Technical Engineer – Footwear

- To be responsible for the upper and tooling engineering coordination of new footwear products working with the developer from receipt of tech package and for the bulk sample review stage through commercialization and into production. Maintains connectivity with the product through the initial production phase and initiates the QC standards.
