1. Corporate Responsibility Manager

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Lead and manage Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Standard of Manufacturing Practices (SMP) operations for vendors and suppliers under regional footwear, apparel and retail office. Manage CR team operations to liaise with respective footwear, apparel and retail business units. Develop supplier compliance ownership through training, monitoring, remediation, capacity building and self-monitoring. Build and manage external industry and stakeholder partnerships. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Standard of Manufacturing Practices (SMP) strategy for vendors and suppliers in the region 
  • Manage CR team members in Vietnam who liaises with regional office management.
  • Develop specific SMP strategy, objectives and performance measurements for the respective footwear, apparel and retail business units.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social sciences, economics, business management, manufacturing or industrial engineering. Post graduate qualification in Corporate Responsibility, business administration or supply chain management preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in social or environmental responsibility required. Social compliance monitoring, corporate responsibility, project management, or experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and people.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Vietnamese. Other Asian Language proficiency is an advantage
  • Able to travel and work independently in Asia.

2. Regional IT Support Lead

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Primarily responsible for performing advanced technical support on complex issues or as an aid to other team members. Maintains a healthy partnership with the HQ GIS teams to facilitate communication and collaboration with the Asia GIS teams. The point of contact for technical issue escalation from team members. Consults with vendors, technical support representatives, management, and Global Information Services personnel involved in the research and configuration of supported technology in the Columbia Sportswear environment.
  • Aids in, or directly supervises team members in Asia, assigning work and ensuring accountability
  • Acts as a backup to the Asia Regional IS Manager as needed.
  • Creates, maintains, and publishes metrics and statistics on a regular basis related to team performance, financial information, etc.

  • University graduate in IT or related discipline. Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree

3. Technical Engineer – Footwear

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • To be responsible for the upper and tooling engineering coordination of new footwear products working with the developer from receipt of tech package and for the bulk sample review stage through commercialization and into production. Maintains connectivity with the product through the initial production phase and initiates the QC standards.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Good communication skill (persuading/ proving/listening/ presenting
  • Good management skill (time/ people/relationship)
  • 5 years footwear experience in a footwear engineering discipline or product creation with a global brand, 7 years experience if no degree.
  • Some understanding of the principles of pattern engineering, costing, quality implications, model making, part drawings, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Honest with integrity, team player, able to take pressure and challenges. Able to travel per job’s requirement

5. Category Merchandise Manager

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

The Category Merchandise Manager provides leadership for the Sourcing, Costing, and Product Development functions for the assigned Categories within the Regional Liaison Office. Manages Vendor relationships to deliver the Profitability, On-time Execution, Quality and SMP goals for the assigned Category (ies) and that of Columbia Sportswear Company.
Provide leadership and training to Merchandising team in order to achieve set goals for CSC products shipping to the multiple global markets in which we conduct business.
Advocate as ambassador for the Brands’ visions and category strategies within the region.

  • Requires a well-developed ability to read, write, and speak English, in relation to understanding and communicating highly complex or technical topics.
  • Mental agility and emotional intelligence required to conduct complex business operations, manage interpersonal interactions of a complex and critical nature, develop and cultivate personal and professional relationships within and outside the company. Ability to work well with individuals of different countries and cultures.
  • Work and thrive within a fast -paced and decision-critical environment to achieve job requirements with efficiency and effectiveness. Also must be able to trouble shoot and solve problems of an unusual and complex nature and make decisions and operate independently with discretion.
