SELECTION PROCESS:
- Round 01: Application submission (13/05 – 16/06/2024)
- Round 02: Initial assessment (17/06 – 30/06/2024)
- Plant Tour: HCM, Nha Be Factory (01/07 – 07/07/2024)
- Round 03: Assessment Center (08/07 – 13/07/2024)
- Offering Stage (end of July)
- Onboarding (beginning of August)

RECRUITMENT CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree graduates from (Master’s degree is preferable) in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, Commerce or related discipline, with less than 2 years of full-time work experience.
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA): ≥ 7.0/10 or ≥ 2.5/4.
- English proficiency: IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEIC ≥ 700, or equivalent (certification not required). Having Chinese as a second language would be an advantage.
- Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated and creative thinker able to work effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
- Demonstrated potential leadership skills for various functions.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to relocate every 12 months into different functions and locations
WORK LOCATIONS:
- Depending on function (HCMC, Hanoi, Nha Be area, Phnom Penh)
