JOB DESCRIPTION
- Safety: Contribute to promoting and sustaining safety, through the implementation of TPM related programs, methodology and tools.
- Continuous Program execution: Support the execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) Program:
- Training, coaching & facilitating (R&R, problem solving and other TPM/CI tools)
- Follow up & progress tracking for improvement project/activities/team and TPM KPIs
- TPM audit, 5S audit & Daily Control System assessment
- Digital:
- Support on supply chain KPI dashboard project (mock-up)
- TPM digital platform implementatio
REQUIREMENTS
Requirement:
- Preferred major in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management/Logistics & Supply.
- Knowledge in logistics (warehouse, transportation) is preferable.
- Have knowledge of TPM/LEAN or 6-sigma
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, MS Teams, etc.)
- Creative person, Strategic & Logical thinker, achievement orientation
- Analytical thinking and presentation skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
