JOB DESCRIPTION:

This job has been responsible to support QA Supervisor in driving quality assurance and quality control system in manufacturing processes to ensure that finished products are timely released to market with food safety and quality compliance.

• Responsibility for quality assurance of manufacturing process:
• Check on line in filling and packing line as required and report to QA Supervisor in case of nonconformity.
• Observe GMP/HACCP and QMS implementation at production.
• Reviewing inspection results on/in process/line, bulks and finished products.
• Coordinate with other dept. (Production, Engineering…) to investigate for quality/food safety incidents to take correction & corrective action.
• Apply SPC for quality control to ensure product compliance and inform abnormality to QA Supervisor.
• Send samples to approved labs for analysis, follow up analytical results, and input in system.
• Review rend analysis of analytical results and inform Supervisor to take corrective/preventive action.
• Responsibility for keeping quality & reference samples:
• Sampling to keeping samples for reference and quality monitoring during product shelf life.
• Reviewing results of keeping quality.
• Responsibility for handling complaints:
• Coordinate with the Production / R&D / Engineering to investigate to take corrective action to prevent from reoccurrence.
• Give feedback to consumer service and QA Supply Chain for respond to consumer/customer. 
• Provide necessary training courses on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods… for QA, production staffs.
• Support QA Supervisor on Quality Pillar related activities.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor degree: Food Technology / Chemical / Biotechnology /…
• 1 year experience in similar position. Fresher is also welcome.
• Basic HACCP, GMP knowledge, Quality Awareness.
• Intermediate in English skill.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
