JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job holder with supervisory role is responsible for the efficient operation of a process including the supervision of the operators and responsibility for Safety, Quality, Cost, NCE & TPM, etc…
Safety:
- Monitor the Safety in Production line/process, to ensure that machines work in safe condition, and operators work in the safe way.
- Keep track of BBSHE observation, JHA.
- Close safety gap on time.
People:
- Set up and provide training, execute developed plan for operators.
- Coach the team on production knowledge, technology and standard production practices.
- Set-up & follow PE for subordinates.
- Feedback on operators’ escalations & suggestions.
- Be link between Management and the shop-floor.
Quality:
- Ensure good GMP in production area.
- Supervise & cross check the implementation of HACCP, QMS. Take action when deviated.
- Ensure daily care, weekly care & CIP is performed well as plan.
- Ensure that production parameters are properly executed & in line with standards.
- Find out and execute proper solutions or corrective action to prevent the re-occurrences of deviation found in operations.
- Prepare data, records and necessary information for Audits: FSMS, Q-compliance, NGA….
Line efficiency:
- Ensure process/ line achieve the Asset Intensity by control: Un-planned Stoppages, Planned Stoppages, Rework & Speed loss.
- Work closely with Engineer to solve the machine breakdown.
Delivery:
- Cascade and execute the production plan and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources to catch up the production plan.
- Co-ordinate with related departments (QA, Eng, RPM, AG…) to ensure smooth production such as trial, new product development.
- Arrange production labour to ensure no miss delivery. Determine and forecast the annual production manpower and strategic plans.
Cost: Control production costs by managing available production resources (material usage, manpower, machine utilization etc. ) and comply with Nestlé standards.
NCE/TPM:
- In charge of DOR/WOR. Monitor & coach people on SHO.
- Ensure problem solving is properly applied in production such as: GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, SMED …
- Implement TPM practices.
REQUIREMENT:
- University Degree with major in food processing/mechanical engineering.
- 2 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing company.
- English ability: good (speaking, reading and writing)
- Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc…
- Functional/Professional/Technical Competencies:
- Production technology and knowledge, Planning, NCCS, NGMP, NQS, ISO, NEMS, HACCP.
- Good teamwork, problem solving, decision making, quality awareness, safety awareness, industrial psychology.
- Personal Attributes: Leadership-showed, Confidentiality, Dedication.
- Can work in shift (8 hours / shift).
