THÔNG TIN TUYỂN DỤNG

1. Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

  • Take care Modality Service in South.
  • Provide the best service solution and create customer trust to realize the future sales with sales team.
  • Product: MRI/CT, X ray equipment, FDR Product (DR system, X-ray equipment, Mammography, Mobile X-ray equipment, Portable X-ray equipment),  FCR (CR System), Imager, X-ray film, Ultrasound equipment, IVD Product
  • More focus on MRI/CT, X-ray equipment field

1) Service Management:

  • Co-operate with other team member to provide the best service.
  • Control installation plan with team.
  • Control preventive maintenance plan with team.
  • Follow up trouble shooting until the end.
  • In charge of corresponding with regional/headquarter service team in develop new service package.
  • In charge warranty issues & warranty part
  • Involve in prepare spare-parts stock at Fujifilm and distributors.
  • Provide necessary training to distributors to catch up the latest technical knowledge.
  • Analyze the thing related to service and take necessary action to improve/enforce.

2) Develop Annual service contract business:

  • Cooperate with sales team to develop the annual service contract with hospitals.
  • Create business and territory plan including, but no limited to opportunity development and competitive strategies.
  • Develops direct relationships with Radiology/Equipment dept and decision makers to create sales.
  • Get new tender opportunities and cooperate with distributors.
  • Control each project by ourselves and assign appropriate distributors to close deals.
  • Create and maintain opportunities in the sales funnel and report to GM.

3) Marketing:

  • Create user demand of Fujifilm product by organizing continuous workshop/conference.
  • Prospect for new business in territory through market analysis and activate marketing programs.
  • Represent Societies and MOH to promote product and company.

4) Service:

  • Connect with sales team to make demo plan, installation and preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Develop Annual service contract business.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in engineer, Biotechnology or medical is similar field preferred
  • Respects internal values and working atmosphere of commitment, team work, openness to new ideas and strong motivation;
  • Strong ownership to drive the business, think creatively to find customer solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, good at written and verbal both in Vietnamese and English.

2. Product Specialist

Job Descriptions:

  • Take responsibility for product marketing and application training for dealers and customers, including all modality products, such as X-ray, CR, DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and console software

– Application training

  • Conducting application training for internal side, Healthcare Professionals & Distributors in the proper use of our products at the installation period.
  • Providing after-sale service related to the use manual if customers have difficulty.

– Product Marketing:

  • Analyzing demand of stakeholders to identify opportunities, determines product requirements and inform marketing strategies.
  • Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customers, competitors’ data.
  • Coordinating with Medical Marketing Leader/ Business Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.

Preparation marketing Materials

  • Creating the marketing materials such as presentation, video, leaflet… which based on the official information from HQ or other parties to support sales & Marketing in promoting and selling products.
  • Preparing or translating technical documents from English to Vietnamese.

Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, or related field. Medical/ biotechnology background is a plus point.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

Job Descriptions:

  • Take responsibility for sales of all modality products, such as DR (Panel and X-Ray Generator), Mammo DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound by managing dealers and customers in South (from Danang to Ca Mau)
  • To ensure consistent brand image improvement through positive action plan

– Deliver Sales target:

  • Cultivating relationships strong relationships with high-level executives and key clinical and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches.
  • Ensuring in-depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of Fujifilm Vietnam’ value proposition across the entire Modality portfolio.
  • Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipment capabilities.
  • Achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
  • Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
  • Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage time to allocate efforts across all deals.

  • Maintain high quality CRM win/loss data.

– Product Marketing:

Stock Management & Account Receivable:

  • Coordinating with Logistic Dept. to control stock level and with FA Dept. to control AR/Overdue.

4. Service Engineer

Job responsibilities:

  • Service Engineer of the Medical Department is a member of the Engineer Team. Service Engineer is expected to conscientiously contribute towards achieving overall company and division goals and objectives.
  • Service Engineer strictly comply Fujifilm policies and regulation, Fujifilm standards of service and repair in working.
  • Service Engineer uses and maintains all assigned assets like materials and equipment properly.
  • Report directly to Service Engineer Leader & Business Manager of Endoscope Dept.

– Job duties:

1. Repair Quality

  • To ensure that all endoscope repairs are carried out within targets.
  • To ensure the quality of all endoscope repairs comply with the manufacturers’ standards.
  • To ensure proper and adequate tools & jigs are kept for smooth operation. A list of tools & jigs with location must be kept updated at all time for easy location of the required tools & jigs. Tools & jigs must be identifiable by labels and/or pictures and store in proper location.
  • To ensure maintain and using individual jigs and tools properly. All tools must be properly stored and in good working condition.
  • To ensure all incoming endoscopes are properly reprocess before allow into the workshop.
  • To ensure doing coming inspection for dedicated endoscopes.
  • To ensure all repaired endoscopes passed final inspection before return to customers.
  • To ensure follow the manufacturer recommended repair procedure throughout the entire repair at all time and without fail.

2. Field Service Activities at request

  • Installation the new equipment
  • Filling out the required form for each case of installation/repair/service (installation protocol, technical checking report, parts order sheet, technical report…)
  • To explain regarding scope found users’ mishandling, no fault and within manufacturer standard.

3. Reports

  • Submit weekly, business trip reports on time

4. Training

  • Attending the domestic/abroad training course of service.
  • To attend training for skill upgrading for existing and new products.
  • Training other engineers what he acquired from company

5. Quality Issue

  • To pass mandatory repair skill audit from Fujifilm.
  • To inform Leader regarding product and/or repair quality issue.
  • To prepare investigation reports for customers as requested.

6. Other Duties

  • To perform other duties which may be assigned by Service Manager on case-by-case basis.

Other requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Electronic, Biomedical or equivalent
  • Intermediate English level or above.
  • Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excell and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hard work and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and/or in team
